“Having lived here for three years I genuinely love this property. It is very nicely located near ASU, there are bus stops right out on the street. There is a traffic light allowing safe left turns to go to campus. Karen the property manager and Brad the maintenance clearly take pride in the property. They have put up netting to keep the pigeon away from our patios. They are also taking on extra work duties after we had a water main break on the street. The pools are clean while open, the landscaping is well kept, the dog park is a surprising bonus! The BBQs at the front pool are an amazing amenity as I can BBQ when ever I want!”

“We stay in the back of the apartment and had very horrible pigeon problems but Karen the new manager is pretty efficient when handling matters on the property and thank you for the nets for the pigeons they really make a big difference.”
